For areas which are easier for us to find cleaners in then the hourly rate will be nearer to £9.25 per hour.
There is considerably more recruitment work involved in finding cleaners in areas which are either difficult for cleaners to access (e.g. rural areas), or areas which have very few cleaners living nearby.
For areas which have very few cleaners living nearby invariably we have to start looking for cleaners with their own car. These are in much shorter supply than domestic cleaners who use public transport and therefore we have to spend much more time allocating clients in some areas than others.
