Before we allocate domestic cleaners to clients we interview cleaners in their own home, check proof of ID, check that they have references (we ask domestic cleaners to show these references to clients when visiting for interview so that you can see the references for yourself. Clients are also able to view the relevant cleaners information using their Squeaky Kleen online account.
We also ask cleaners to bring along proof of their id and proof of their address when they visit clients for interview so that clients minds are put at rest.
We are constantly looking to fine tune our domestic cleaner recruitment process to make the system more user friendly for both domestic cleaners, domestic cleaning clients and also our support staff. We try to embrace technology as much as possible to help us to automate these processes without reducing the personal touch that will always be required when allocating cleaners to peoples homes.
